# How to Make Stir-Fried Cucumber with Pork

## Instructions
|
|
|
|
* Slice the lean pork, place it in a bowl, pour in 10 g of cooking oil and light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
|

* Trim 5 cm from both ends of the cucumber, then slice the remaining part diagonally into 0.5 cm thin slices.
|
|
* Place the cucumber in a bowl, sprinkle with 8 g of salt, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.
