Add the following Indian recipes in Simplified Chinese:
- 印度葫芦丸子 (Lauki Ke Kofte) - Bottle Gourd Kofta
- 利提巧卡 (Litti Chokha) - Bihar specialty
- 鹰嘴豆炸饼 (Chole Bhature) - Chickpea Curry with Fried Bread
- 胡萝卜甜糕 (Gajar Ka Halwa) - Carrot Halwa
- 印度焖饭 (Dum Biryani) - Layered Spiced Rice
- 红芸豆拌饭 (Rajma Chawal) - Kidney Bean Curry with Rice
- 黄油鸡 (Butter Chicken / Murgh Makhani)
- 印度烤饼 (Naan) - Indian Flatbread
- 印度土豆花菜 (Aloo Gobi) - Potato Cauliflower
- 印度奶茶 (Masala Chai) - Spiced Milk Tea

All recipes follow the repository template format with proper
ingredients, calculations, steps, and cultural notes.
