e4fe623ea5 Add Chinese README, docs links, and collapsible module tables 
- Add README_CN.md with full Chinese translation
- Add language switcher (EN/ZH) and docs/ links to README.md
- Collapse long module tables (Internal Code, Tools, Assets) into <details>
- Point to docs/ directory for deep analysis reports
