# How to Make Cold-Seasoned Indian Lettuce

## Instructions
|

* Smash and mince the garlic
|
|
* Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame paste, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl and stir well
|

* Cut the Indian Lettuce into segments, each no longer than 4cm
|
|
* Place the Indian Lettuce in a large bowl, pour the prepared sauce over it, and mix thoroughly.
