# How to Make Oyster Sauce Lettuce

- Lettuce: 1 head (200 g ± 50 g)

- Oyster sauce: 6-8 ml

- Garlic: 4-5 cloves (mashed or finely chopped)

- Light soy sauce: 6 ml
|
|
- Salt: 0.5 g
|
|
- White sugar: 1 g
|

- Cooking oil: 5-8 ml

## Instructions
|
|
|
|
- Wash the lettuce and remove any wilted leaves.
|
|
- Heat a wok, add 1 L of cold water, then add 2-3 ml of cooking oil and 0.5 g of salt. Wait for the water to boil.
|
|
- Once the water is boiling, add the lettuce and blanch **each** leaf for 10 seconds.
|
|
- Remove the lettuce, drain the water, and plate it.
