c0b56d03a1 [Fix] install-latest-npm: io.js v1.0.x has weird behavior with npm v4.6.x.

cbdd41eee2 [New] nvm install: add --latest-npm option to automatically try to upgrade to the latest working version of npm. 
- also add `nvm install-latest-npm` top-level command
