How to Make Stir-Fried Pasta
This is a simple recipe for soft and chewy pasta, taking about 30 minutes to prepare.
Estimated Cooking Difficulty: ★★★
Essential Ingredients and Tools
- Pasta
- Sliced fatty beef
- Ketchup / Black pepper sauce (choose one)
- Rapeseed oil (other vegetable oils work too)
Measurements
- Pasta: 50g per person
- Fatty beef: 5 slices per person
- Cooking oil: 5ml per 50g of pasta
Instructions
- Add 250g of water per person
- Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes (this type of pasta is usually quite firm; it's best to taste it before removing. If the center is still slightly hard, continue cooking)
- Remove the pasta and set aside on a plate
- Heat a pan, pour in the cooking oil, and when the oil is moderately hot, add the pasta and stir-fry for one minute (add a little water if it's too dry)
- Add 10g of ketchup, the fatty beef, and 2g of salt, then continue stir-frying for one minute
- Remove from heat
