Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl Recipe

Calculation
Before each preparation, determine how many servings you want to make. One serving is sufficient for one person.
Per serving:
- Chicken breast 900g
- Soy sauce 100-125ml
- Sugar 60-65g
- White vinegar 30-35ml
- Ritz crackers (salty cookies can be used as a substitute) 16 pieces (48g)
- Eggs 2
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar together and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the chicken, eggs, half of the sauce mixture, and crushed Ritz crackers. Stir well.
