Marinate with seasonings (light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt) for 5 minutes. * Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry the pork until cooked, then remove and set aside. * Sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the Doubanjiang and stir-fry. Add the sliced Xiaomi chilies, followed by the lean meat.
