Then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry for 30 seconds. * Add boiling water to the pot. Once the soup comes to a boil, pour in the beaten egg and tofu cubes after 60 seconds. * After the soup returns to a boil, add the cornstarch slurry and stir gently in one direction for 2 turns. * Add chicken bouillon, salt, and scallions.
