Add English translations for all 379 recipe and tip files
Use dotlang AI translation (aiursoft-instruct:latest via Ollama) to translate all Chinese content to English under en/ subfolder: - en/dishes/: all recipe categories (aquatic, breakfast, condiment, dessert, drink, meat_dish, semi-finished, soup, staple, vegetable_dish) - en/tips/: learn/ and advanced/ cooking guides - en/README.md, en/CONTRIBUTING.md, en/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md The mkdocs-static-i18n plugin (docs_structure: folder) serves Chinese at the root and English at /en/, with a language switcher in the UI. - Hot pot soup base 25g
|
||||
- Peanut butter 15g
|
||||
- Whole milk 150ml
|
||||
- Light soy sauce 6ml
|
||||
- Chili oil 10ml
|
||||
- Vinegar 20ml
|
||||
- Sichuan peppercorn oil 10ml
|
||||
- Water 500ml
|
||||

## Instructions
|
||||
|
||||
- Wash the baby cabbage and lettuce, set aside
|
||||
- Pour 500ml of water into the pot, turn on high heat, add the buckwheat noodles and baby cabbage, and wait for the water to boil
|
||||
- Once boiling, reduce to low heat, add the hot pot soup base, peanut butter, milk, light soy sauce, and chili oil. After the water boils again, cook for 5 minutes
|

- Add the lettuce and cook for another 2 minutes
|
||||
